Since its launch in 1996, thousands of dogs suffering from Malassezia dermatitis across the globe have benefitted from being treated by Malaseb.
Malaseb comes expertly recommended. Amongst the various treatments for Malassezia dermatitis in dogs, strong evidence is available only for the use of Malaseb’s combination of 2% miconazole and 2% chlorhexidine shampoo, used twice weekly making it the first choice topical treatment for dogs suffering from Malassezia dermatitis. 1
That’s what makes treating with Malaseb so effective and why is works as well now as at the day it was launched.

Malaseb’s veterinary licensed formulation provides the reassurance of proven quality, effectiveness and safety (for the pet, owner and the environment) but with the added advantage of being available in a shampoo form.
It’s topical formulation allows the treatment to be applied to the site of overgrowth and the action of shampooing physically removes scale, crusts, greasy exudate and odour. What’s more it contains conditioners to leave the coat in a manageable condition.
